The brief

West of Scotland Housing Association purchased Station House, 30-34 St Enoch’s Square at the end of March 2024.

30-34 St Enoch Square is Category B Listed and are within the ‘Central Area’ Conservation Area.

The buildings are entered from the pedestrianised St Enoch Square via a single door and staircase at Number 34, and are linked at upper floor levels.

The buildings have a service access to the rear at Adams Court Lane.

The buildings have been stripped internally back to a structural shell.

We are looking to convert/Refurbish the building into around 22/26 affordable flats for mid-market rent.
