90 communal or landlord natural gas supplies, including domestic, small commercial and large commercial gas contracts.
The current contract expires on 30th September 2024 and the Association is seeking to secure the most competitive price across 3 Lots (covering the Greater Belfast network, ‘Ten Towns’ network and its commercial contacts).
Choice is willing to consider a range of options, including fixed and variable prices, and one and two year timeframes.
Options to group all of our natural gas supply or separate these into a number of contracts may also be considered.
Natural Gas charges are typically passed on to tenants through their service charges and therefore Choice is seeking to ensure that it achieves value for money through a competitive exercise.
