KMPT Grounds & Gardens Maintenance Service
Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (the "Authority") has awarded a Contract for the provision of a fully inclusive Grounds and Gardens Maintenance Service across the Authority's sites. <br/><br/>The Supplier will ensure that all sites are maintained to a high standard for the Authority's patients, visitors and staff to reflect the requirements of the client, the care quality commission (CQC) and NHS Patient lead assessments of the care environment (PLACE).<br/><br/>The Contract commenced on 16th January 2025 for a period of five (5) years.
The term may be extended, provided that the duration of the Contract shall be no longer than seven (7) years in total.
