Provision of BCH Fencing Works

Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) is looking to appoint a Contractor to undertake Fencing works on the social housing stock.
BCH wishes to appoint a Contractor who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender.
The successful Contractor will be expected to sign up to the JCT Framework Agreement with individual JCT contracts as necessary to cover the work as it is undertaken.
It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1st December 2024 to 30th November 2026, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 1 years (subject to contract review and budget availability).
