CT and MRI scanning services

A comprehensive, high quality CT and MRI scanning service to include reporting, storage and inspection of each test.
A report for each test shall be delivered to the CMAS team referrer within a maximum of 3 weeks from the date of referral.
A written radiological report will be provided, and the supplier shall notify both CMAS and the responsible GP should the CT or MRI scan identify any incidental findings.
Consultant Radiologists shall offer feedback and consultation to CMAS's Consultants, Associate Specialists, and Lead GPs working for the CMAS.
Feedback and consultation shall be in writing in the majority of cases, with the occasional telephone call if required and is not expected to be required in respect of all referrals.
The Service is for people with suspected dementia referred by the CMAS service, it is not for those Service Users with an existing diagnosis who may already receive services from the Trust.
The contract shall run until a defined end date of 31/03/2027.
