The brief

The Department has a need to establish a call-off contractual arrangement, for each of its workshops across Northern Ireland in order to support in-house maintenance operations.

Each contract is designed to provide the Department with a facility to have guaranteed work undertaken owing to not having sufficient in-house technical personnel to meet operational requirements.

Should this change during the term of this contract the Department reserves the right to change the work from guaranteed scheduled work to non-guaranteed unscheduled work.

This may be on a workshop by workshop basis.

Each lot will be evaluated independently and there is no limit to the number of Lots that any one Economic Operator can be awarded.
