Each apartment will operate as a distinct household and is accessed by its own front door, via a central lobby.
Each apartment has 5 bedrooms with an ensuite accessible shower room and WC , a communal lounge, dining and kitchen area.

In addition, each apartment has an additional fully accessible shared bathroom with bath and a staff bedroom to accommodate staff sleep-in as required Apartments on the ground floor have direct access to a private outside area and communal gardens.
All apartments have access to the communal gardens on the ground floor and the roof garden.
The design and location of the accommodation will enable people to benefit from living in a small, personalised setting, whilst providing the opportunity to socialise with other people both within Bridgewell and the wider community as they choose.
