The brief

Oldham Council are seeking to commission a service from 01 April 2025 to work with targeted groups of children, young people and their families to encourage them to become empowered to make informed choices, raise aspirations and ensure children and young people fulfil their full potential.

The successful provider will work proactively with a range of key partners and stakeholders including young people to deliver a service that achieves positive outcomes for all.

There are three elements to this service which are: • Targeted Impartial Information and Guidance • Missing From Home or Care Return Interviews • Young Carers In addition, from April to September 2025 the provider will be expected to deliver UKSPF to meet a separate service specification and funding envelope.

Oldham are ideally seeking to work with one overall lead provider.

The successful provider will deliver high quality provision and effectively engage with and inspire young people to be ambitious.

It is expected the provider will meet all KPI’s and outcomes outlined within the specification.
