The service is a Vasectomy Service Primary Care.
The aim of the service is to provide Vasectomy Services through the provision of a primary care-led service located in the Newcastle area and at Trust alternative premises.
The service will provide a seamless transition between secondary and primary care and only treat patients directed to the service from The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. <br/><br/>The level of clinical service provided will be comparable to the service received by patients attending secondary care settings.
This service is anticipated to start in November 2024.
The contract period will be 1 year.
The total value of the contract is capped at a maximum of £85,000 per annum. <br/><br/>Expressions of interest must be received by no later than midday on (14-days from publish) 2024.
