Ridgeway Secure Inpatient Services - Stepped Psychology Service
The service will be fully integrated into the Ridgeway Secure Inpatient care system, supporting service users who require a stepped care psychological intervention ranging from Step 1 to Step 3.
The service will provide 4 WTE (Whole time Equivalent) qualified staff to deliver the service.
Staff will be co-located on the wards providing a regular presence to both patients and ward teams.
Staff will be required to cover several wards each, ensuring time is allocated proportionately to meet ward need.
Referrals for both individual and group work will be managed via the Ridgeway Psychology Team.
