The service provides online counselling support service for children and young people within North East Lincolnshire aged 11 - 25 years that have emotional or mental health concerns.

The service will aim to help children and young people manage their emotional wellbeing concerns at the earliest opportunity before these problems escalate, resulting in the possible need for more specialist interventions and to deliver measurable improvements in the emotional and mental health of children and young people and thus improve their outcomes.
