The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) would like to invite interested parties to attend a Market Engagement (EME) Event concerning the provision of Hard Facilities Management Services for the British Embassy in Washington DC.
The central objective of the market engagement event is to provide further details on the scope of requirements and planned procurement activities, to gather feedback from the market and to gain market insight on the capabilities, capacity and interest in the region.
FCDO invites interested suppliers to attend an Early Market Engagement (EME) session relating to the provision of Hard Facilities Management Services and associated future procurements.
This EME will take place 15:00-16:30 UK time (10:00 – 11:30am EST) on Wednesday 4 December 2024 and will be online via Microsoft Teams, with representation from the project team in Washington DC, Estates, Security and Network Directorate (ESND) and FCDO Commercial.
This EME event is an opportunity for prospective suppliers to understand current planning for the provision of Hard Facilities Management Services for the British Embassy in Washington DC, to ask questions, and to provide feedback on the scope of requirement and procurement process.
