The brief

The provider will work in partnership with Hartlepool Borough Council (HBC).

This is a partnership between HBC and the provider, delivering an integrated substance misuse treatment service.

HBC provide both care coordination and Psychosocial interventions (PSI), alongside the provider who provide clinical and PSI services.

The service aims to provide clinical and PSI interventions to support a recovery focused, client centred culture across the system, working alongside other services, service users and their families to empower them to be an active part of their recovery from substance misuse.

The service will embed partnerships and collaboration across the system which addresses the wider determinants of health and enable service users and their families to achieve lasting recovery from substance misuse.

The service will provide an integrated, trauma informed approach which addresses the broader vulnerabilities and health needs of the individuals and their families experiencing substance misuse and will work to reduce harms from substance misuse.
