Future Delivery of Leisure Facilities and Services for London Boroughs for Ealing and Harrow
The procurement contact named on the official notice.
The London Boroughs of Harrow and Ealing are collaborating to procure a leisure operator to manage their leisure facilities and services.
Uniquely, the Councils joined forces in 2011 to procure a Leisure Operating Contract for their respective leisure facilities.
Following respective cabinet decisions, the Councils now wish to appoint a leisure operator to manage its leisure facilities and services from 1st March 2026 for an initial period of 10 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years.
The Councils recognise the need to invest in its sport and leisure infrastructure to meet the objectives of reducing levels of inactivity and improving the health and wellbeing of their respective residents, and from a financial perspective recognises that this future investment could help to provide a long-term sustainable solution for its leisure services.
