We’re looking for a highly strategic agency partner who will act as a collaborator and co-creator with us, supporting and challenging us on the thinking we’ve done to date.

Your role will be to support us and work with our other partners to develop our ongoing brand campaigns, specifically delivering strategic measurement to understand performance.

We’ll need you to get under the skin of a unique and complex organisation at speed.

We’ll need you to be flexible and adaptable, moving with ease from big picture thinking to operational detail.

We’ll need you to be comfortable bringing our colleagues on the journey, working in a truly collaborative environment.

You’ll work with our specialist data and customer insight team to get under the skin of our members’ needs and lives and deeply understand the data and database environment.

You will also work with the brand, marketing, creative and planning functions.

We’ll be looking to your team to make recommendations on the relative strategic investment level needed, as well as forecasting the impact that investment could have on our brand and business metrics.
