Activities may include Ad-hoc building consultancy including surveys and condition schedules, Dilapidations, Management of Health and Safety, Energy Efficiency, Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA), Condition Surveys, Planned Preventative Maintenance, Managing construction works, Architectural Design services and Procurement of tenders.
The Framework has a start date of 7.4.2025 and an end date of 6.4.2028 plus an optional 12 month extension.
