TENDER FOR POWER WASHING, WINDOW CLEANING AND OTHER SPECIALISED CLEANING Ref: 2425 TNDR EP 031

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invited tenders from suitable experienced contractors, to provide Power Washing, Window Cleaning and other specialised cleaning across the district.

To achieve this the Council is seeking to establish a number of panels (15 LOTS) of approved contractors.

Each LOT Contract will be for a period of 1 year from date of award, with the option to extend for additional 2 periods each of 12-month at the sole discretion of the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council.

The scope of work shall include scheduled and unplanned power washing, window cleaning and other specialized cleaning to include: Play parks, Polymeric surface MUGAs, Memorials, Chewing Gum Removal, Gutter Cleaning, Kitchen Canopies and windows.

Ad-hoc cleaning is also included within this tender and it will cover unplanned power washing of council wide areas, such as building walls, roofs, public footpaths, signs, street furniture, bins, benches, seats and other public areas/assets.
