The brief

Provision of Rough Sleeping Prevention and Recovery Services (RSPR) The successful bidder will provide separate gender specific accommodation combined with a specialised support service for rough sleepers and those at risk of rough sleeping.

The aim will be to improve the quality of life, reduce inequalities and will require a dynamic, flexible, innovative, and proactive approach to service development and delivery.

The successful bidder will provide service users with an opportunity to maximise their chances of living independently, whilst also being able to contribute to our shared priorities and values working with local partners to achieve our vision: 1 Prevention of Homelessness and Rough Sleeping 2 Interventions to Relieve Homelessness and Rough Sleeping 3 Recovery from Homelessness and Rough Sleeping 4 Ensure Homelessness Services continue to improve working towards system changes.

The accommodation will be suitable for this client group and located within the areas covered by the Preston City Council boundaries.
