The brief

The South Yorkshire Learning Disability and Autism Keyworker Service is expanding to an all age service and will include the integration of a dedicated team of Peer Support Workers (PSWs) within a local Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) model.

This approach ensures that lived experience is at the heart of care delivery, offering tailored and meaningful support to autistic individuals and people with learning disabilities who have complex needs.<br/><br/>The contract will be for 3 years with option to extend for 1 further year making a total contract length of 4 years.<br/><br/>The available budget is £227,050 per annum, which must not be exceeded.
