The brief

The Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (The Trust) is conducting this Preliminary Market Engagement exercise regarding the provision of a contract for both planned servicing and maintenance, testing as well as any reactive servicing, of its medical gas pipeline system (MGPS) at Nottingham City Hospital.

The contract is required to ensure the Trust complies with Health Technical Memorandum (HTM) 02-01 as well as applicable standards and relevant legislation.

The purpose of this PME exercise is to gauge interest from the market, understand its capability to deliver the Services and seek your views to inform any eventual procurement exercise undertaken by the Trust.

The objective is to identify and mitigate any potential issues to help ensure a “right first time” approach to any eventual procurement exercise.
