NHC Procurement is the central purchasing body of Northern Housing Consortium.
We procure Procurement Act 2023 compliant solutions on behalf of circa 500 public sector members across the UK.
NHC Procurement is pleased to announce we are reviewing the possibility of commencing a procurement process for an HVAC Product Catalogue framework and are currently seeking input from interested suppliers on the content and structure of the new framework.
The proposed Lots for the new framework include the following: Level 2 – Products and Services: Lot 1 – Products and Products & Installation: •HEATING INCLUDING BOILERS, RADIATORS, PUMPS AND PIPEWORK •DRAINAGE AND ASSOCIATED PARTS AND ACCESSORIES •PLUMBING MATERIALS, PIPEWORK AND ASSOCIATED PARTS AND ACCESSORIES •AIR CONDITIONING AND ASSOCIATED PARTS AND ACCESSORIES •VENTILATION AND ASSOCIATED PARTS AND ACCESSORIES •REFRIGERATION MATERIALS AND ASSOCIATED PARTS AND ACCESSORIES •MISCELLANEOUS Lot 2 – Installation only We would like to invite interested Suppliers to book an individual supplier engagement sessions week commencing 24th March 2025 via Microsoft Teams to gather information and feedback on the above.
The session will typically last 15-20 mins.
