The brief

The Blue Youth and Community Centre (BYCC) is situated in the area in South Bermondsey known as The Blue.

It is an area of high needs and the BYCC provides essential services and support to the local community offering both daytime and afterschool provision as well as holiday food and fun provision.

The services provided at BYCC include access to creative activities, trusted adults, a food offer and a safe space.

These are all important factors in supporting the physical and emotional wellbeing of local residents.

We are looking for a provider with experience of running youth-focused buildings and delivery of direct youth work sessions for 11 to 19 year olds (Up to 25 with SEND) to take on the building lease and minimum delivery of 3 youth work sessions (2.5 hours) a week for local young people.
