Progression to adulthood / •Ongoing delivery of the progression to adulthood post in the Brandon Centre – 1 WTE psychologist/ psychotherapist offering psychotherapy to young people aged 18-25 with an Islington GP and/ or address. <br/>•Will treat 6 young people with moderate mental health difficulties - currently the post is 0.5 funded via LBI and 0.5 funded via Camden & Islington (C&I) •The post provides a link into the LBI progression to adulthood team working with young people who are transitioning into adult services with social emotional mental health (SEMH) needs that are not appropriate for onward referral to C&I mental health services.
