Home Care Framework

Bracknell Forest Council will be creating a new framework for domiciliary care for adults and older people in the Bracknell Forest geographical area, to replace the existing framework which will cease in 2027.

Currently the new Framework will be for new placements only - all existing care packages will remain with their existing care providers unless removed for other reasons.

However, if a provider on the current Home Care Framework is successful in joining the new Framework, their care packages will be novated to the new Framework terms and conditions.

Interested parties should note though that this is under consideration and the disposition of existing packages in respect of the new framework may be subject to change prior to tender publication and may form part of pre-market engagement and consultation, should the Council choose to conduct preliminary market engagement.
