AWARDED SBC are currently seeking a suitable contractor for the GARAGE PORTFOLIO-REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TERM CONTRACT Stevenage Borough Council “the Council" is responsible for routine maintenance of circa 6500 garage assets across the borough with an average of 630 repairs reported per year and circa 500 garages becoming void.
The scope of work is to include Repairs, Maintenance and Planned Works for the Councils 6500 garages.
The overall value of the contract is estimated at £2.5m with the annual values broken down as follows: - Repairs £350k pa - Planned works £150k pa There is potentially an additional £1.5m of planned works that could be added to the contract over the duration depending on budget availability.
