The scope of the requirement is to maintain the live service hosting and provide application support of the IDIOM application to maintain capability while police reform activities decide on the future of the Integrated Offender Management capability.
There will be a need to support some form of transition and decommissioning.
This may be to support an Authority migration to an alternative solution, a move to in-house management or a network hosting migration, subject to strategic decisions currently being considered.
Due to the dependency on this strategic decision, there may to be a need to make use of early exit provisions and to undertaken the transition and decommissioning activities prior to the end of the initial term.
