The brief

The preferred model will involve the creation of an integrated contract, where a lead provider coordinates a network of subcontracted providers to deliver services.

The LBTH Criminal Justice Service (CJS) will remain a Council service but work seamlessly as part of a multi- agency team around the needs of the individual, specialising in offering engagement, treatment and recovery services for those in contact with Criminal Justice agencies, so streamlining the number of agencies working with an individual.

The option for co-location will improve the experience and outcomes for those accessing treatment.

The lead provider will ensure cohesive delivery across all service areas, from engagement to treatment and recovery.

They will act as the single point of coordination for service users and partners.
