Construction Industry Training Board
Employer Tracker Research CCS RM6126
The procurement contact named on the official notice.
CITB has run an annual employer survey since 1997, which have evolved over time to reflect changes in the objectives and services provided.
These were usually annual surveys, however in 2018/19 it was moved to a biannual basis, with one reporting in October (7-15 min), and one reporting in April (15 min).
We are looking to initially commission the work for 2025/26 with the option of two single year extensions in 2026/27 and 2027/28.
The main purpose for 2025/26 project is measuring Corporate Performance.
As with previous work there is a requirement to provide CITB’s Governing Board and senior team with survey data to inform organisational planning and demonstrate performance effectiveness.
This information would be gathered from the full range of employers and based upon content within the most recent business plan.
This generally covers key questions on: a)What aspects of CITB’s work are important to employers? b)How well are CITB’s strategies and actions being delivered?
