The Council will consider the responses received as a result of this exercise to help inform the decision-making process on the future procurement of these services.
The operational service delivery elements would commence on 28 August 2026 under a proposed Concession Contract.
No information provided in response to this questionnaire will be used by the Council in assessing providers during the procurement process, which is scheduled to commence December 2025.
