Annual gas safety check to be completed in line with GSIUR 1998 - to be completed between months 10 and 11 of the due date, with none running into the final month of compliance.
Documentation to be provided within 48 hours of completion.
PPM - To be completed on a quarterly basis in line with appliance manufacturers specification and instruction.
Certification/documentation to be provided detailing drop test, inspection of all equipment, supply pipework, electrical supplies, valves and components within the plant room, photographic evidence will be required.
Detail of system water testing to be provided.
Repairs to be completed within an expedited manner and strong sense of urgency, understanding all residents require a high level of customer service during breakdown events.
Contingency for the provision of temporary heating and hot water should be considered.
Quotation to be provided prior to repairs, authorisation being essential prior to affectation of the repair.
Documentation post works completion to be provided prior to invoicing of works.
Emergency response to be attended within 24 hours; and same day response to high dependency schemes indicated in yellow on the schedule's spreadsheet.
Planned Works- Remediations on DESEAR risk assessments, system replacements, upgrades to be quoted with 5 working days; and authorisation to be sought prior to commencement.
Detailed completion report with pre & post evidence images, readings and legal documentation.
Contractor to be gas safe registered, qualified and competent on the gas appliances and systems being tendered for.
Public and employers' liability to be provided to a minimum of £10million.
Gas engineers employed on the contract to be notified to client for adding to their database.
Upgrades - Upgrades will be required on an ad-hoc basis However we will reserve the right to request pricing from alternative suppliers
