This contract was previously under a Genmed MSC which expired on the 18th December 2024.
Due to budgetary constraints, POCT were not keen to re-tender for this provision of services but instead opted to retain the existing Liat instruments as it was still fit for purpose.
The agreement will be directly with the equipment owners (Roche) and will be rolling annually up to a maximum of 5 years unless terminated by POCT.
