The Service Specification has been published to allow Providers to give appropriate responses to the questions asked in the Market Assessment questionnaire.

The contract to be entered into will be in accordance with the NHS Personal Dental Services (PDS) Agreement and the Commissioners intend to offer two Personal Dental Services contracts, one contract covering Derbyshire and another covering Nottinghamshire (including Bassetlaw).
