The Crown Estate is planning to establish a new framework agreement for Project Management Services including Programme, Portfolio and Change Management as well as associated Business Analysis services, referred to as Project Management (PM).

Framework Overview The proposed framework will support enhanced access to external project management support services, including Programme, Portfolio, and Change Management, as well as Business Analysis.
It will be structured into two distinct lots to support: •Lot 1 - Marine (Civils and Energy Projects) Offshore wind, leasing rounds, marine surveys, and environmental assessments. •Lot 2 - Business Operations (EPMO, Transformation and Operational Excellence)
