If you would like to know more about Stonewater, please visit our website: www.stonewater.org What we want to achieve from these contracts: Stonewater needs a new Tree Management programme to ensure that trees on Stonewater land and in Stonewater owned communal areas are maintained safely and sustainably to a high standard, for the benefit and welfare of our tenants, communities, and local wildlife.

We have GIS data that suggests we have approximately 20,000 trees across our estate, however we expect this number to rise as we receive the results of surveys.

We anticipate that this programme will be formed of two elements: 1).

Tree Surveys (including Tree plan updates) 2).

Tree Management – comprising of both a cyclical plan of maintenance, and reactive maintenance These elements will be tendered individually, and no contractor would be allowed to win both a surveying and a tree management contract, as it is considered prudent to split those areas of specialist work.

We expect both elements to be split between seven geographical regions: North North, North Central, West Urban, West Rural, East, South East, South West.

We do not have any properties in London at this time.

Contract details: To be confirmed following review of responses to our Preliminary Market Engagement Notice and this RFI.
