The brief

Derbyshire Constabulary is currently looking into the available sponsorship options for the upgrade of its training school building, which is located at Force Headquarters, Butterly Hall, Ripley DE5 3RS.

The training school is at the heart of Derbyshire Constabulary and is where all budding police officers begin their journey into policing Derbyshire.

This would be an exciting opportunity for the right sponsor which would help secure our future policing potential within Derbyshire.

The force is keen to understand how you could support through a sponsorship opportunity the upgrade to its current training school building.

The force would look to recognise this investment with an official opening and installation of a plaque to recognise the investment made by the sponsor.

With the rising demand for policing and static budget settlements, the gap in affordability is increasing to deliver services to the communities of Derbyshire and it is often the Estates budget that is deferred when funding decisions are made.

However, the demand to train recruits and deliver important services to the Derbyshire Community continues.

The Force are seeking advice as to what sponsorship options available for a project of this nature.

We are reaching out with this Request for Information [RFI] to understand viable options.
