CBC - Town Centre East Regeneration Plan
Crawley Borough Council is commissioning a regeneration and delivery plan for the eastern quadrant of Crawley Town Centre—referred to as Town Centre East (TCE).
This area includes six key development sites: the Former Town Hall, County Buildings, Crawley College Northern Parcel, the Decathlon Block, the Queensway Block, and the Boulevard Car Parks.
The plan aims to unlock the area’s potential as a vibrant, commercially viable, and sustainable urban quarter.
The overarching goal is to produce a deliverable masterplan and investment strategy alongside a regeneration delivery plan that will attract private sector interest and guide future development.
