The Secretary of State established an additional supply capability and capacity framework as advertised through OJEU contract under the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 ("ASCC Framework").
The Trust conducted a further competition procedure under the ASCC Framework to award a call-off contract for the provision of a patient administration system and electronic patient record system to System C Healthcare Limited, with a maximum term of 13 years in utilising all of the extensions within the original call-off contract.
The call-off contract therefore expires on 27th June 2025.
The services cover the Trust's needs in both acute and community provision settings.
