The Authority wishes to implement support for the adult social care workforce to deliver against the Authority’s objectives for adult social care Lot 1: aims to strengthen the adult social care sector by providing workforce expertise, training, and guidance via a focus on increasing sustainable recruitment, reducing reliance on international hires, improving retention through better training and career opportunities, upskilling staff to adapt to new technologies and care requirements, and supporting system development and change.
