The brief

Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council (LCCC) are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified advertising and marketing agency to deliver a creative Integrated Marketing Campaign (IMC) for Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council, for a maximum of 3 years (October 2025 - September 2028).

This will initially be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for a further 2 years (1+1+1) subject to satisfactory performance.
