North West Leicestershire District Council (NWLDC) owns and maintains approximately 4,083 domestic properties and 171 Garages.
To support its in-house Repairs Team (IRT) and planned maintenance programmes, the Council requires a licensed and competent contractor to undertake asbestos removal, remediation, and disposal services across its housing stock and relevant non-domestic properties.
The initial contract period is 24 months, with the option to extend the contract for a further two periods of 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance and business need, and at the sole discretion of the Council.
