HSE has a requirement to have a continuous outdoor noise measurement system in place near the explosive testing area and/or close to the site boundary.
This is to help monitor noises made on the site, ensure compliance with the Control of Noise at Work Regulations (2005) and to notify when noise limits are exceeded.
