For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award** The requirement is for the provision of a Consultant led package of healthcare and related services for the safe management and operation of outpatient clinics, endoscopy and theatre sessions including the provision of post-operative patient care pathway that includes onsite provision.

The successful Tenderer must be able to provide all specialities required which are: - Anaesthetics - Colorectal Surgery - CT & MRI Reporting - Endoscopy - ENT - Gastroenterology - General Surgery including Robotics - Gynaecology including Robotics - Orthopaedics - Urology including Robotics The contract will be awarded for a period of 1 year with the option to extend for a further 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance and budgetary provision.
