The brief

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (ADC, the Council), for the provision of works in connection with design, replacement, supply and installation of the mono pitch roof, vertical hanging tiles, flat roof for the covered walkway, insulated flat roof and internal renovation to the community centre, at Beechwood Court in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

The services shall be provided by a Single Supplier / Contractor.

The contract duration will be twenty-four (24) calendar weeks subject to the provisions contained within the tender documents.

The Contract Value is estimated to be in the region of £760,000.00, including all associated costs to be incurred in the fulfilment of the Employer's requirements, and provision of the specified works.

The Contract will be a JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design (2016).

The Contractor must be appropriately qualified and experienced, and affiliated or accredited to and/or registered with the appropriate regulatory/professional bodies, in line with the requirements of the Contract.
