Suppliers wishing to submit a quotation for this contract should do so in a format of their choice, providing a comprehensive overview of the works to be completed and a transparent pricing schedule, and no later than the date and time stipulated above. Quotations received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted. The quotation submitted should remain valid for a minimum period of six (6) months. All responses and clarification questions should be sent without exception, to procurement@ddfire.gov.uk in order to maintain fair competition and transparency. All clarification questions will be anonymised and responses made available to all those who have expressed an interest.

CDDFRS are seeking to upgrade the current audio visual (AV) system in place at Service Training Centre (STC) for multiple purposes, but mainly for the delivery of Incident Command training.
