The brief

Buckinghamshire New University ("University") has been working with Circuit Laundrette Services Ltd and this has been based on an income share concession arrangement.

The latest contract is expiring on 30th September 2025 therefore a new contract is required.

This renewal presents an opportunity to enhance service delivery and infrastructure while maintaining continuity for both staff and residents.

The University will now offer eligible service user students a number of free washes and dry services per term, (payable by the University), so this will no longer be a concession contract.

This new service contract will include the supply, installation and maintenance of all laundry equipment including the operation of payment facilities.
