UFRJ/COPPE’s scope will be provided through fixed price [£37,900, including £4,200 for T&S to facilitate and attend workshops in Rio and Brasilia], with a team of eight specialists, aims to assist the Energy Research Office (EPE) of the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) in the development and application of a robust methodology for identifying and prioritizing offshore wind areas suitable for seabed concession offering: Engagement with key Brazilian Stakeholders, To access Gaps associated with the first offshore wind area concession in Brazil, Guideline Report of gaps and recommendations associated with the first offshore wind area concession in Brazil, and Interministerial workshop in Brasilia and feedback Report.
