Currently, the concept design of all major systems and plant are in an ongoing refinement process The purpose of this contract is to support the development of a concept control system for a Power and Energy Management System (PEMS), and to further develop the powerplant simulation models for its STEP Prototype Plant (SPP) Electrical Infrastructure system.
