South Hams District Council is seeking to work with a play park provider for the design, supply and installation of play equipment at four Council owned play park sites: - Rush Way, Totnes - replacement of toddler play equipment - Gidley's Meadow, Dartington - replacement of existing play equipment - Woolwell Community Centre play area - additional equipment - Crowder Meadow, South Brent - replacement of existing play equipment Further to the bid deadline of 14th November, the final design should be agreed by 19th December following any refinement through dialogue with The Authority.

Installation and handover are expected to be completed by the end of May 2026 at the latest.

Applicants should submit 2D plan layouts as a minimum for each site showing new equipment (with existing equipment and features for context) but are invited to supply 3D visuals where it may assist with illustrating the proposal.
