The development of the Housing with Care Goods and Services Framework is intended to establish a strong partnership with like-minded businesses who share Wigan's values, attitudes and behaviours and demonstrates a commitment to Community Wealth Building.
This framework will serve as a vital channel for obtaining goods and services that assist the Borough's most vulnerable residents.
