The brief

The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons and the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords (the Authority) sought a supplier for the provision of newspapers to the Parliamentary Estate.

The Authority requires the timely delivery of national, regional and international newspapers and a limited selection of periodicals to an offsite consolidation centre, from where the Authority will arrange onward delivery to designated locations across the Estate.

These publications must be made available to Members of Parliament, Members of the House of Lords, and Parliamentary staff on the day of publication.
